Led by experienced staff, our programs include Overnight Camp, Summer Camp, March Break Camp, Winter Break Camp, P.A. Celebrate the season with our Winter Break Camp! Campers dive into festive activities, craft special gifts, and prepare for a mini concert. Families are invited on the final day to enjoy the concert and celebrate the campers’ creativity and hard work.

What ages is the camp for?
Our camp is designed for school-aged children. Camp activities are developmentally appropriate and grouped to ensure every child feels supported and included.
What are the camp dates and hours?

Where is the camp located?

Is this a full-day camp?
Yes, Empowering Pathways Services Camp is a full-day program.
What is the staff-to-child ratio?

Are meals provided?
Yes. Breakfast is provided daily between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM An afternoon snack is provided between 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Is the camp educational?
Yes. While camp is fun and engaging, activities are intentionally designed to promote growth, self-esteem, communication, and positive decision-making.
Before & After Care
Is before and after care available? Yes. We offer both before-care and after-care to support working families.
What about food allergies or dietary needs?
Parents are asked to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration so we can plan accordingly.
What is the cost?
● Before-care and after-care are offered as a weekly bundle for $55.
● Before Care (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM): $30 per week per child
● After Care (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM): $30 per week per child
● Daily rate for before or after care: $20
How do you ensure children’s safety?
Safety is our priority. Clear procedures are in place for supervision, check-in/check-out, and emergency situations.
How are behavioral concerns handled?
We use a positive, respectful approach that encourages communication, accountability, and growth. Parents will be notified if concerns arise.
What is the illness policy?
Children who are unwell should remain home to ensure the health and safety of all campers and staff.
How do I register my child?
Registration is completed through the official camp registration form.
What is included in the camp fee?
Camp fees include daily programming, breakfast, afternoon snack, and all scheduled activities. Each camper will receive a special camp welcome kit, including a water bottle, T-shirt, and tote be proudly branded with the Empowering Pathways Services logo.
Are refunds available?
Refund and cancellation details are outlined on the registration form.

● A non peanut free packed lunch and non sugary snack
