Children’s Camp

At Empowering Pathways Services, our camps provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children and youth can learn, grow, and thrive. Led by experienced staff, our programs include Overnight Camp, Summer Camp, March Break Camp, Winter Break Camp, P.A. Day Camp, and an After-School Program all designed to spark creativity, build skills, and encourage friendship.

Summer Camp Learn More
Our traditional summer camp is filled with themed weeks that spark creativity, teamwork, and friendship. Each week includes exciting activities, unique themes, and a special field trip — ensuring every camper enjoys an enriching and unforgettable experience.

March Break Camp Learn More
Our mid-winter break camp offers children a chance to unwind from school routines and simply be kids. Campers enjoy games, creative activities, and opportunities for learning in a relaxed, safe, and fun environment.

Winter Break Camp Learn More
Celebrate the season with our Winter Break Camp! Campers dive into festive activities, craft special gifts, and prepare for a mini concert. Families are invited on the final day to enjoy the concert and celebrate the campers’ creativity and hard work.

After School Program Camp Learn More

Overnight Camp Learn More
At our Overnight Camp, campers enjoy a safe, fun, and supportive environment filled with adventure, creativity, and friendship. Campers explore nature, enjoy swimming and outdoor games, express themselves through arts, music, and drama, and participate in team-building and leadership activities. Our Overnight Camp is packed with exciting challenges, skill-building opportunities, and time for free play — all designed to help campers grow, have fun, and make lasting memories.

What ages is the camp for?

Our camp is designed for school-aged children. Camp activities are developmentally appropriate and grouped to ensure every child feels supported and included.

What are the camp dates and hours?

Specific camp dates are listed on the camp flyer and registration form. Camp runs daily during the scheduled week, with structured programming throughout the day.

Where is the camp located?

Camp takes place at a safe, accessible community location. The exact address is provided upon registration.

Who supervises the children?

Children are supervised by trained, caring staff who are committed to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

Is this a full-day camp?

Yes, Empowering Pathways Services Camp is a full-day program.

What is the staff-to-child ratio?

We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios to ensure proper supervision, engagement, and individualized attention.

Are staff trained and screened?

Yes. All staff members are properly trained and vetted in accordance with organizational and safety standards.

What activities will my child participate in? Campers enjoy a balanced mix of:

Are meals provided?

Yes. Breakfast is provided daily between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM An afternoon snack is provided between 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Is the camp educational?

Yes. While camp is fun and engaging, activities are intentionally designed to promote growth, self-esteem, communication, and positive decision-making.

Before & After Care

Is before and after care available? Yes. We offer both before-care and after-care to support working families.

What about food allergies or dietary needs?

Parents are asked to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration so we can plan accordingly.

What is the cost?

● Before-care and after-care are offered as a weekly bundle for $55.
● Before Care (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM): $30 per week per child
● After Care (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM): $30 per week per child
● Daily rate for before or after care: $20

How do you ensure children’s safety?

Safety is our priority. Clear procedures are in place for supervision, check-in/check-out, and emergency situations.

How are behavioral concerns handled?

We use a positive, respectful approach that encourages communication, accountability, and growth. Parents will be notified if concerns arise.

What is the illness policy?

Children who are unwell should remain home to ensure the health and safety of all campers and staff.

How do I register my child?

Registration is completed through the official camp registration form.

What is included in the camp fee?

Camp fees include daily programming, breakfast, afternoon snack, and all scheduled activities. Each camper will receive a special camp welcome kit, including a water bottle, T-shirt, and tote be proudly branded with the Empowering Pathways Services logo.

Are refunds available?

Refund and cancellation details are outlined on the registration form.

What Should My Child Bring?

● A non peanut free packed lunch and non sugary snack
● A refillable water bottle
● Comfortable clothing and footwear

Parents will receive important updates and information directly from Empowering Pathways Services.
